E. Watts Davis, OD
Dr. Davis graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 1967. He opened his first practice that year in Monticello, Mississippi. Dr. Davis joined Dr. James Moye in practice at Eye Care Associates in 1970.
Dr. Davis has served as president of the Mississippi Optometric Association, president of the Mississippi Board of Examiners in Optometry, and has been a board member of numerous professional organizations and committees. He is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, the Mississippi Optometric Association, and the Southeast Mississippi Optometric Society.
Dr. Davis is certified to treat many ocular conditions with diagnostic and therapeutic drugs and specializes in the fitting of contact lenses. When not at the office, Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with his wife of 51 years, Martha, and the rest of his family, especially his four grandchildren. He also loves raising and training quarter horses.
Evan W. Davis, OD
Dr. Evan Davis is a native of Jones County and graduated from West Jones High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Alabama in Mobile.
He joined his father, Dr. E. Watts Davis, in practice at Eye Care Associates in 2010 after earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, the Mississippi Optometric Association, the Southeast Mississippi Optometric Society, and participates in the InfantSEE program.
In his spare time, Dr. Evan Davis enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, and their two children, Eva and Easton. He also enjoys attending University of Southern Mississippi sporting events and playing golf.
Joshua W. Patrick, OD
Dr. Josh Patrick, originally from Brookhaven, received his bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from Mississippi State University. After completing his bachelor’s degree, Dr. Patrick received his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry. He joined Eye Care Associates in 2018 after practicing for several years in the Hattiesburg area.
Dr. Patrick is currently a member of the AOA and MOA, as well the Contact Lens Society of America, American Diabetes Association, and the International Keratoconus Academy. He is currently serving on the board of the Mississippi Vision Foundation and is acting Vice President. He practices full scope optometry with a special interest in cornea and contact lens, specifically scleral and hybrid lenses for those with keratoconus and other corneal dystrophies.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Patrick is an avid outdoorsman and woodworker, and loves spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their two dogs, Willow and Presley.
Tiffany McElroy, OD
Dr. Tiffany McElroy is originally from Clarksdale, Mississippi. She received her bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Mississippi State University. Dr. McElroy then earned her Doctor of Optometry at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She has previously practiced in Olive Branch and Horn Lake, Mississippi for several years before joining Eye Care Associates.
Dr. McElroy is currently a member of the American Optometric Association and the Mississippi Optometric Association where she is serving as chairman of the Legislative Grassroots Committee. Dr. McElroy practices full scope optometry with particular interests in diabetic eye disease and special needs patients. Dr. McElroy is also fluent in Cantonese.
Dr. McElroy enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Justin, and their son, Henry. She will be attending St. John's Episcopal Church and looks forward to being active in her new community.
Justin McElroy, OD
Dr. Justin McElroy is a native of Natchez, Mississippi. He studied Southern Literature at Mississippi State University, where he earned bachelor's and master's degrees in English before going on to minor in General Chemistry at the University of Memphis. He then earned his doctorate from Southern College of Optometry. He previously practiced in Olive Branch and Horn Lake in Northern Mississippi.
Dr. McElroy is a currently a member of the American Optometric Association and the Mississippi Optometric Association. He practices full scope optometry with special interest in dry eye and ocular surface disease.
When not practicing optometry, Dr. McElroy enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with his family and pets. He will be attending St. John's Episcopal Church and is excited to be part of our charming and thriving community.
